Supply Chain – Materials Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supply Chain – Materials Manager
- Liaise with the Operations Team in Odessa to manage urgent orders, particularly for frac rework and hot equipment requirements
- Handle the creation and management of purchase orders for wellhead equipment.
- Ensure that unique equipment is identified, located, and delivered on time
- Identify gaps in current processes, support the creation and refinement of new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure that all operations are aligned with supply chain requirements, making sure that materials are delivered on time and in full
- Support in the setup of hotshot trucks in Odessa
- Utilize knowledge of equipment and engineering to support inside sales and field operations related to wellhead equipment
- Operate within the Fish Bowl ERP system and be proficient in Excel, Power BI, Outlook, and other MS Office products
- Be prepared to work longer than typical hours, including afterhours and weekends as required to meet operational demands
- Will require traveling to local suppliers to check status of equipment and ensure OTD of equipment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Background in inside sales or engineering, particularly with wellhead and frac equipment, is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience with Fish Bowl ERP system is preferred; familiarity with Excel, Power BI, and other MS Office products is required
- Technical or college degree is beneficial but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment where flexibility and hands-on involvement are key
