Position Description:
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the frac valve disassembly and assembly stations as well as frac stack and zipper manifold assembly stations. This is a working lead position. Candidate will be expected to work in all stations within the frac shop as necessary.
Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities
- Comply with all quality, safety, health, environmental requirements, policies, and procedures relevant to the position
- Oversees and coordinates repair and assembly of frac equipment
- Disassembles and assembles frac valves
- Assembles frac stacks and zipper manifolds
- Visually expects equipment prior to shipment
- Helps ensure completion of all required documentation within the frac shop
Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Working knowledge of gate valves and frac equipment. Ability to disassemble and reassemble frac valves. Intermediate Computer, Language, and Mathematical Skills. Intermediate Reasoning Ability
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and long hours to support customer needs
