Job Description
Summary: Responsible for overseeing all frac rental operations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & PERCENT OF TIME SPENT:
- Oversee day-to-day frac rental operations
- Develop/refine rental processes and ensure branch compliance
- Manage frac shop, frac field service and frac inside sales departments
- Develop and implement operations policies and procedures
- Optimize shop and field operational efficiency and productivity
- Ensure all areas are clean and organized
- Monitor utilization and forecasting reports
- Deliver product according to frac schedule
- Any other duties as required and/or assigned
- Ensure production follows engineering standards
- Set objectives for production throughput improvements
- Monitor and control safety stock levels
- Communication with supply chain for demand
- Communication with engineering on product improvements, failure modes and cost reduction
Knowledge and Skills:
- Wellhead and Gate Valve knowledge, highly advanced and specialized computer skills, advanced language skills, advanced mathematical skills, and highly advanced reasoning ability.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in process optimization. Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Gathering and analyzing production and operations data to optimize process times
- Ensure quality assurance for all related operations
Supervisory & Financial Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support Atlas safety program
- Ensure that equipment within the rental department is clean, stored and organized so the day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly.
- Establish budget for department
- Supervise and conduct performance reviews for department staff
- Lead team to achieve goals

Work Environment: Work in both shop and office environment with some exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise levels.
