Position Description:

Summary: Responsible for managing frac rental fleet through equipment allocations. Conducts inventory and monitors frac rental assets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & PERCENT OF TIME SPENT:

  • Develop/refine rental processes and ensure branch compliance.
  • Forecast equipment requirements. Manage GPS tracking and asset tagging.
  • Coordinate and oversee disposition and repair of products. Ensure timely completion and adequate repair part inventory.
  • Participate in branch inventory counts (both annual and cycle)
  • Oversee frac rental inventory and ensure bin location quantities are correct.
  • Responsible for finalizing invoices on rental repairs.
  • Create and monitor utilization and forecasting reports
  • Any other duties as required and/or assigned. 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Wellhead and Gate Valve knowledge, assembly skills, highly advanced and specialized computer skills, advanced language skills, advanced mathematical skills, and highly advanced reasoning ability.

Supervisory & Financial Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that equipment within the rental department is stored and organized so the day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly.

Work Environment:  Normally work in an office environment; however occasionally may work in a shop environment being exposed to moving mechanical parts and very loud noise levels.

Physical Demands:  While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk. Uses hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.  Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
